It is almost fall and the harvest is in full swing. The roads are full of grape and apples trucks bringing

their loads in for process. The weather is hot and I think about the workers out in the fields. I here it

is a good year and the volumes are high.

I want to welcome our new distributor Wheatgrass Express. They have primarily sold

fresh cut wheatgrass shipped over night. Now they are also retailing dried wheatgrass juice also.

I wish them all the success.

Cruciferous sprouts such as organic broccoli, kale and cauliflower have some great health benefits.

I really feel a lift after consuming them. And they have the active indol compounds that do

important work on the body.

We are working with a company that imports organic goji berries. We worked with them to develop

a process for make a fine powder product. This product is really great and can be used for many applications.

It is very soluble and mixes into water like tang. It will be good for smoothie mixes, nutitional bars.

I just signed up with twitter to get the word out about Dyna-Green and the other products we are working on.

Soybean sprouts are high in protein, at forty-seven percent. Protein is normally high in soybeans

but drops down to eighteen percent after cooking. The sprouting process maintaines its original

level. It is also the only plant source other than meats that provides every amino acid.

We are having unusual warm temperatures for January. This may allow us to start tractor work

early and get the fields planted. Of course we are far under the normal rain fall which will be a big

problem. But we have a unique opportunity.

I was just visiting Sedona Az. over the hoildays. I stopped in the local health food store

and was delighted to see the large selection of wheatgrass products.

We are getting into a strong organic sprout production. Sales are developing well for next year.
